Important Dates to Remember:

• Balance Due -6 months prior to event date (Venue balance should be paid in full) 

• Approx 3-4 months from event date - book additional services and rentals 

• 30 Days prior to event date - Refundable Damage Deposit of $300 is due - check or cash only

• 30 Days prior - payment for any rentals and services is due
